8 Bhramari

This is a slow controlled breathing technique that involves inhaling and exhaling through the nose and making a humming sound like a bee. It is a simple technique to learn and has a very good meditative and relaxing effect

To start bhramari, inhale and exhale slowly, deeply, and fully two times without making a humming sound. The third time, make a humming sound when exhaling.

Now do 3 rounds of 10 inhalations/exhalations with a 30 second break in between each round.
